Think of yourself as a light bulb. 💡
Sounds ridiculous? Maybe a little bit, but let me explain it.
Let’s assume that this bulb has a power of 75 watts. When it lights up it gives the power output of 75 watts. Nothing surprising, right?
Let’s assume you’re a light bulb with the power of one million watts. Theoretically, each of us can give (just like a light bulb) the full output of its power. And this is our potential (our maximum watts – this is Core Energy ™.
Very often, however, we shine with less light than we could. The reasons may be different but in the end it results in us not being able to use our full potential. It is worth adding that our power results directly from our level of self-awareness about our own potential. I will share more in a bit.
What does energy have to do with it? 💥
As a humanist, I was quite lazy when it comes to physics, but names like Newton or Einstein are not unknown to me. My post is definitely not a scientific article, but to understand how Core Energy works and how we influence it, some scientific facts might be helpful.
Everything that surrounds us is pure energy – including ourselves. It is the energy that moves constantly and vibrates on different frequencies. And like our light bulb, which gives power, we also give our unique energy and thus we influence the world and others around us. And as Sir Isaac Newton proved and introduced it in his Third Law of Dynamics: “for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”. What does it mean in practice? It means that our behaviors, actions and feelings influence others and vice versa. I’m sure you’ve experienced that with some people you get along very well and you love their company. On the other hand, there are people whom we try to avoid and keep away from.
Now, let’s combine the definition of Core Energy ™ with physics. 🤓
I mentioned earlier that the level of our potential (the power of a light bulb) results directly from our self-awareness of who we are in life, contrary to how we were brought up or trained by our parents, teachers or the society (including the media). When we get to know ourselves, first of all, our judgment over ourselves and others lessens. We stop seeing the world in terms of good or bad and black or white. Thus, our stress level decreases. At the same time, our productivity, happiness and sense of purpose increase.
How would you react if I told you the more aware of who you really are, the more potential you can discover? This will allow you to start using it at work, in a relationship, among friends, while achieving your goals or fulfilling your dreams.
You will probably ask how is it possible? 🤔
Everything depends on us. Imagine that we influence our own energy each day and thus the energy we send into the world. We influence it through our thinking, through what we do and how we feel. The biggest change we can make is to build the level of our own energy (so-called anabolic energy). And as a result, the energy we send, comes back.
What’s more, think that you are able to help others around you: you family and friends, your teammates or your business so that they could discover their potential?
Hard to believe? Probably. But maybe it’s worth a try? What do you have to lose?
