Individual career consultation is your time to consult, ask questions and get advice on your career. This Face-2-Face or virtual session is dedicated to your individual needs where we will focus on your agenda to fulfil your requirements. In the safe environment we will discuss your career goals and the ways to achieve them, we will update your resume to make sure it stands out or we will create your professional LinkedIn profile. It might also be preparation for your next job interview, research for further development opportunities or identification of your strengths and motivation.
You are in charge, however, career coach is also there to help in ‘’where to start’’ agenda.
Session depends on the individual needs analysis which we base on:
1) short preferences assessment form completed before the session;
2) phone/e-mail clarification.
Based on these 2 above the career coach prepares individual plan for the session to meet the customer needs. Still, the session agenda is flexible and will be aligned with individual requirements.
