Corporate Trainer Development Programme takes the Train The Trainer programs to the next level. What makes it different is the fact that it is  customized to the reality of corporate organizations (as it has been developed by professionals with in-depth training and corporate experience). The program focuses on equipping your talent with knowledge, skills, effective tools and proven solutions so that they design and deliver world class training activities internally. It is a comprehensive 5 modules program delivered in two 5-days workshops within 6 months and built around world class solutions: Thomas International psychometric tools, iPEC core energy coaching and more. Participants receive pre and post class assignments with scorecards (including learning journals), individual coaching and feedback to ensure support and continuous development.
